I wouldn't be surprised. I mean the character roster and moves aren't complete, the modes don't seem compete. Heck I wouldn't be surprised if it was released in 2009.

Today I got a email from Game saying that it's been delayed until May, but I'm in the UK and the website said it would be released in February, which I knew it wouldn't for us. I thought they had just tried to cover up the wrong date they had. But yeah, does this mean an actual delay?

When Nintendo opened its new site after the delay, it said Dec 4th, not 3rd, 4th. So don't believe what you see until confirmed on the dojo.

This is the second such rumor going around, but if they keep delaying it at this rate the PAL version will be playable before the US version. Yay.

This is very unlikely. The game is ten days from being released in Japan. America gets it in 27 days (I still wish someone would say when it arrives in Europe though). They are mass producing it for Japan already. It may be too late to even try to delay the game again. This probably comes from paranoid people being paranoid.

To Diddy Kong Lover: just because the Dojo hasn't updated everything doesn't mean they haven't already got everything in the game. It's not like they put up updates AS they are implemented in the game. And the game isn't being delayed. The Dojo still says Feb 10, unlike last time it was delayed when it was changed to TBD for a day or two. It's not delayed.

They've been working on Brawl for perhaps a year and a half now? I think that's plenty of time for any game, especially when you have a great mind like Sakurai behind its development.

It's true! Okay, let's think, the first delay was due because they needed to add Sonic in. So maybe Nintendo heard Keiji Inafune's plea and are now having several people from Capcom come over to help program in Mega Man! While this is hopeful wishing, Mega Man might still have a chance to jump on the Brawl battlefield.

I'm bored waiting for this game. I do hope the delays are because of the effort they've been putting in other than downright laziness. I say they stop messing around with the website and just develop the game, leave some surprises.

This is just a rumor, and until I see some solid proof, I'll treat it as such. It's disconcerting that Nintendo wouldn't comment though. But, if it is being delayed, March is better than May.

That sucks squid. In that month that I might lose, I could have gotten used to the controls and get at least almost everything. Jeez! That better not happen. I like the Pikmin Kirby but it made me think about what he can do after he plucks them from the ground. Do they just follow him or what. Maybe if an enemy goes near them they attack because that's what happens in the game.

Maybe there are more than 40 characters to play as. Yes Mega Man still has a chance to enter the fray, also Krystal and Ridley. Hopefully Nintendo is putting more females in this game, because I'm getting whacked by my sister with a broom for this delay and for not knowing about other female characters.

Delays are good. If it comes out too early it might not be the best. It might be longer but it's going to be worth it.

Dang these ridiculous delays. If I do recall, what happens to games that keep getting delayed? Take Super Paper Mario for example. Originally planned for Gamecube. It was delayed, delayed, and delayed until. Okay, one word: Cancellation, and moved to the next console. I really hope they don't do the same thing to Brawl. If they do, I'm going to be a little more than pissed off.

Nintendo is clearly trying to make a perfect game. Every delay causes more hype, and higher expectations. Don't disappoint us Nintendo.

The rumors are probably by Sony because they fear this game more than anything. I believe that one of their top boys said that they were most looking forward to SBB. I agree that they should delay for the perfect game but I just can't work out why the PAL version gets delayed by centuries and yet they never give us a reason for this.
