Events back in Brawl
Events are back for Super Smash Bros Brawl. These are fun scenarios that are set up for you to battle through as a single player. Three difficulty settings are available. High scores are recorded for each event and each difficulty, so there's a competition element to it. Some examples of events are:
- Two Trouble Kings - Mario takes on both Bowser and King Dedede.
- Pink Ball Repulsion - Meta Knight must stop Kirby boarding the Halberd ship.
- Cleaning House in Skyworld - Pit must break all the terrain on the stage, both hindered and helped by Wario.
- Sleeping in the Eggs - Using his Egg Lay special move, Yoshi must put both enemies inside eggs at the same time.
- Dark Link Duel - Stamina match where Link takes on his shadow.
Those pesky kings.

Glad to see this returning. I liked the ones in melee, though I did think they were a bit repetitive with you having to kill stuff all the time. This is better because there's a variety of types of event.

Well this is an okay update, a bit better than the others. I think I see another event in the first and second picture. In the Event 2, it shows Fox's Final Smash "Land Master", so maybe something to do with running over/blasting stuff?

Yay events. They should've teamed up mario and kirby on the first one, but it's better if mario was used on the first event.

I sometimes created my own event matches in Melee. An example is Roy's Rage. You have to kill a level 4 Jigglypuff in the Temple as Roy. The catch is that you have to kill Jigglypuff 2 times with a fully charged sword smash with a 1 minute time limit. Try it out! Oh yeah! You can't kill Jigglypuff any other way. Tough.

Hey guys, back after a long hiatus, but that's life. At any rate, the updates for the last three weeks have been kind of meh huh. I don't mean that all these final smashes and items like the smart bomb aren't cool and all, but the last real big update we had was Norfair, which really wasn't anything new if you'd seen enough E For All vids.

Nova, actually, in Melee it was normal fight against Shadow Link instead of Stamina Battle.

Hey, I just noticed something in the screenshot of the Bridge of Eldin with Link vs Dark Link. Anyone else notice the characters' shadows are angled by the position of the sun? Just thought this was a pretty neat little detail to bring up.
