Anyone know anything about this game?

It's supposedly a suspense/horror genre game, involving large insects. That pretty much sums up my knowledge of it. It'll be interesting to see how well the game performs as a member of its genre, since many people are wanting Nintendo to carry some darker, more mature games. If this game does well, it could very well mark the beginning of more adult-oriented games coming out on top of the extensive list of non-age-specific games. In that regard, it shares a spot with Red Steel in the roster of upcoming games.

You really shouldn't be surprised "Hey", there have been M-rated games published by Nintendo before, but there are so few that they're easy to overlook. Only two spring to mind, Geist and Perfect Dark. Both were developed by third-party companies and published by Nintendo. My impression of this game? I think it'll be Resident Evil with bugs kind of like how Silent Hill was. Resident Evil but more supernatural.

That'll be cool . But I think Perfect Dark and Geist were Second-party games. I'm not sure. All I know is that Rare (which did Perfect Dark) is now owned by Micrsoft.

There is already going to be another M-rated game on the Wii. Has anyone here heard about "Sadness"? You play as a lady in pre-WWI and you have to use things like rats and stuff as weapons. It's supposed to turn out being quite depressing.

BANJO KAZOOIE ON 360! NOOOO! *cocks pistol against forehead*. As for this game, it looks cool and I'm glad Nintendo is looking to get a bit darker and more serious. Of course, we don't want it to lose its awesome kid-like style, but it's nice to see Nintendo expanding its horizons *pulls trigger*.

Banjo does not belong on 360! Wii would be the best platform for it to shine on and showcase the wiimote. Banjo is going to end up in the dust pile along with Perfect Dark Zero. This game looks interesting.

Man. I'm getting tired of people calling all second person shooters like RE. A) for RE4 it was more over your shoulder B) 2 of the games were FPS and the others were all 3rd person. There's only one second person RE game! Resident evil was 3rd person. So technically you mean RE4, but that doesn't take away from the fact you're a noob.

I'd have to agree with trentonWii. It's better to start off from the beginning. I mean, playing a game ahead of the series would spoil the storyline for the series. In other words, not looking from the beginning and try something new. (Unless the sequel for a game is actually a prequel. Like Devil May Cry 3 and Valkyrie Profile 2 *love that game*^^!).

First I thought this game was about a graveyard keeper guarding the graveyard from necrophiliacs. Now I think it's just some bad horror game that people who think that the first castlevania was scary would play.

Well Seamninja, I've never played a game that was genuinely frightening. I never was scared shitless of any RE silent hill game. There's a couple of scary pop out now n then. It was more just because they were fun. And horror movies for example, I watch them for the excitement. None are really that scary.

This game doesn't really look scary to me. I mean, I've probably seen worse. Like when I was 11 (or 12) and I saw Friday the 13th on VHS. But I wasn't scared of that back then.

I just saw some japanese footage of the game. It was cool. You fight mantis, cockroaches and weird land fish. The action's cool and you can go into first person.

Misery is a weird movie, that lady is a psycho. Steven King makes the best scary movies EVER, his best work (I think) is The Shining, just thinking about it makes me shutter. "Here's johnny. HAHAHAHAHAHA"! He was a psycho when he was possessed.
