I think there are some cool things about this, like the wire comes from top instead, looks like it has better grip, sturdier, and shoulder buttons look better. But the D-pad looks minging, and the overall shape.

They couldn't sue Nintendo as Nintendo probably didn't have anything to do with it made. If anything, sony might sue this company. But that still seems unlikely as Nintendo still hasn't sued the company that made "stix" for pc. Look it up and see what I'm talking about.
