Word of 2D side-scrolling platformer Eternity's Child coming to Wii was gotten a few weeks ago. Now it turns out that the game will be a WiiWare download.
Pricing is set at only 500 points ($5), which seems pretty reasonable. According to the creator Luc Bernard, motion controls will probably be included, but they'll be optional.
A DS version is also in the works, but surprisingly that will be in 3D.

I wonder what this game will be about. There's a lot of news out there that it's being released on wiiware but no news on the game itself. Is it two-player? Is there Wii and DS connectivity with content like with Geometry wars? Will there be further delays with VC titles like 1941 as a result?
