In a snippet of a German press release today, European publishers JoWooD confirmed their next project after Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None is to be a Sam & Max game. PC gamers from the early 90s will likely have fond memories of point n click adventures like Sam & Max (and Day of the Tentacle, woo).
Rumors of the zany duo hitting the Wii have been around for a while now, but it's still nice to get a confirmation.
Sam & Max have recently made a comeback, enjoying a string of episodic releases on the PC known simply as Sam & Max Season One, and then Season Two which is still ongoing. It's not yet known if JoWooD will be adapting one or both of these for Wii, or doing something else entirely.

It really looks like Jamie Smarts does the artwork for this. Sadly, this isn't the case. Look him up though, he's awesome.
