Emulating the Saturn would be rather difficult as the platform did utilize 2 processors. As for the Dreamcast, I honestly don't think the Wii is powerful enough to emulate it. Also I should point out that the Dreamcast utilizes Full Screen Anti-Aliasing and I think Anti-Aliasing on the Wii is only subpixel like the Gamecube.
