Trackmania on Wii

A video interview at the IDEF event in France has confirmed that a Trackmania game will be hitting the Wii. The interview was conducted in French but Gamekep offered a brief summary of what it mentioned:

Online play.
Up to 4 player split-screen.
All the environments from the PC version except "Bay".
All the control schemes from Mario Kart Wii supported except the GameCube Controller.
Daytime and nighttime races.
Level editor.
Levels can be shared online.

Word is that the game will be released early in 2010.
