February NPD results

February 2009 sales figures for North America are in, courtesy of NPD Group. It's not shock any more, but Nintendo dominates the chart again. This is how things turned out:

Nintendo Wii - 753,000
Nintendo DS - 588,000
Xbox 360 - 391,000
Sony PS3 - 276,000
Sony PSP - 199,000

Big N also put in a good showing in the software chart:

Wii Fit (Nintendo) - 644,000
Street Fighter IV Xbox 360 (Capcom) - 446,000
Street Fighter IV PS3 (Capcom) - 403,000
Wii Play (Nintendo) - 386,000
Killzone 2 (Sony) - 323,000
Mario Kart Wii (Nintendo) - 263,000
Call of Duty: World at War (Activision) - 193,000
Mario Kart DS (Nintendo) - 145,000
New Super Mario Bros (Nintendo) - 144,000
Guitar Hero World Tour (Activision) - 136,000
