Helix on WiiWare

Helix on WiiWare

According to an email I've received, Ghostfire Games are developing a rhythm game for WiiWare. Titled Helix, it challenges you to follow the on-screen movements of a robot using your arms. This game doesn't support the Nunchuk because the cord is apparently too short to do some of the moves. So if you want to use both hands you'll need a second Wiimote.

Ed Roman, the CEO of Ghostfire, has put up an in-depth developer video talking about the game.

    Summary of features
  • 26 songs sourced from independents across the US and Europe.
  • Three levels of difficulty for each song.
  • Moves performed include punches, circles, backfists and hooks.
  • Will help you burn off some calories.

Ghostfire Games is based in Austin, Texas. Helix is currently awaiting final approval from Nintendo and may be released soon.

I have aready seen this game and the teaser trailer for it! They show a family playing it in the teaser and it looks stupid, a waste of money for me.
