Wii's World is not officially affiliated with Nintendo! (but they wish we were).

That's the most plain cover I've ever seen.

This is going to sell like NoNB is popular.

Wow Pool how great.

That cover does suck I agree, hope the game is good though.
Elementrat said:
I agree the cover is horrible. We already have a billiards type game in Wii Play so I honestly don't see this being too important.
frank said:
The cover is minimal. I kind of like it.
Crimson Hawk said:
Wii Freak, that is true on so many different levels! The cover looks, um... how can I put this. AH-HA, yes, I got it, it looks "plain, too ordinary, and just plain dumb"! But I like pool.
Johnnii said:
I think the Wii play billiards is just an example of the potential for a more in depth pool or snooker on Wii. Plus the Wii play billiards doesn't even have proper rules.

The 8 ball makes it hot.

Until this comes out, why not put my old NES pool game onto the VC? I'm ready for it. That was fun.

If they do a good job with the physics like spin, I will get it.

I like the cover. Does what it says on the tin.
Super Vegeta said:
The cover does look plain, obviously tells you what it is about. The Wii Play is 9-Ball pool not 8-ball. 9 ball is where you have to be the first to get 1-9 in the pocket in order. 8-Ball is where you hit every one of your own balls (stripe or solid) and hit in the 8-ball last.
Fiesta said:
Wow, if it's coming out next month, they better change the cover and release new info.
Super Vegeta said:
Wiifan which NES pool game? Lunar Pool (which happens to be my favorite pool games for the NES), Snooker, 8-Ball, etc.
DigitalSorceress said:
If it actually uses the Wii controls to enhance the game mechanics, I'll buy it, but I'm going to wait to read a hands-on review before I plunk down my cash. I made that mistake with Pool Party- not going to do it again.

Feels pretty special to write about the first game on the list. Fortunately, I am a large fan of the art of billiards. By the way, I truly recommend this game. I was able to get it for my birthday since it was released a day before.
Wii Fanatic said:
The cover is plain but groovy, it's like a hippie's idea of pool.

Who cares if the cover is bad, as long as it's a good game. The need for this is because the Wii play 9 ball game is monotonous and sucky, not to mention not having proper rules (though I do like the control scheme).
