Because in Star Wars, apparently when they colonised Tatooine these creatures attacked the first settlements. The town was called Tusken, thus the name "Tusken Raiders". What I'm getting at is, you still see indians around today! It was just a small village Anakin destroyed I think.

I take Japanese as a course. You said "I used to speak Japanese" (but you need to put a "wo" between the two words. Wo is an action marker. Jawas are awesome. I think it could be fun, a nice caveman RPG, a very under-represented niche in RPGs. I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of beating on a saber tooth tiger with a club. It might be more like a platformer with heavy item collecting.
