A new scheme is being trialled in the UK where Wii consoles are put in schools. The aim is to help kids boost their fitness during lunch times and breaks. In a press release earlier today, a new action platformer destined for Wii and DS was announced. CID the Dummy is under development by Twelve Interactive and will be published by Oxygen Games. Nintendo has deduced the problem is unclean lenses, due to dust and tobacco smoke. Brawl uses a dual layer DVD which they say is more sensitive to the imperfections. John Riccitiello, the CEO at EA has revealed a Wii version of hit game Rock Band is coming. When asked about Rock Band Wii he said: "EA will, at some time, bring Rock Band to every important platform. I think the Wiimote is something that holds enormous promise".
